Beer ? Battered Grouper

2 eggs

1 cup cold beer

1 1 / 2 teaspoons salt

1 / 2 teaspoon pepper

A pinch of cayenne pepper

1 cup flour

1 kg fillets of grouper, cut into mouth pieces

1. beat the eggs, beer, 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper until well combined.

2. Mix flour with remaining salt, pepper, cayenne pepper in another bowl. Gradually combine the flour mixture into the eggs until the batter is smooth. Keep in the refrigerator.

3. Heat the oil in a frying pan

4. Coat the fish in the batter, and deep fry in the hot oil until golden and crispy about 4 minutes. Use slotted spoon to transfer the fish to paper lined serving plate. Serve immediately with cold cucumber yoghurt relish.
